What is House of Rapha?
House of Rapha is a herbal tea brand creating premium loose-leaf botanical blends for everyday wellbeing, gentle rituals, and moments of intentional care.
Are your teas loose-leaf?
Yes. All House of Rapha teas are loose-leaf herbal blends. You will need a tea strainer, infuser, or teapot with a built-in filter to prepare them.
Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yes, our herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free.
How do I prepare the teas?
Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs to a tea strainer or infuser. Pour over freshly boiled water and allow to steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
For stronger flavour, allow the tea to steep for longer.
Where are your teas packed?
Our teas are blended and packed in small batches by House of Rapha in the UK.

Can I drink the teas every day?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, we recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products.
Can I drink House of Rapha teas while pregnant?
Some herbs are not recommended during pregnancy. Please check the important information listed on each product page.
As a general rule, do not use our herbal teas during pregnancy unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
Are your teas suitable while breastfeeding?
If you are breastfeeding, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal teas, especially blends containing stronger botanicals.
Storage & Servings
How should I store my tea?
Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Always reseal the pouch after use to help preserve freshness.
How long will my tea last?
Please refer to the best before date on your pouch. For best flavour, we recommend using your tea within a few months of opening.
How much tea will I receive?
Our teas are available in 50g and 100g pouches. The number of servings will vary depending on how much you use per cup, but as a general guide:
50g pouch: approximately 20–25 servings
100g pouch: approximately 40–50 servings

Delivery & Returns
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review this and do our best to resolve it quickly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes around 2–5 working days, depending on the courier or postal service.
How much is delivery?
UK standard delivery is currently £3.49.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £35.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, House of Rapha is focused on UK orders. International delivery may be added in the future.

Can I return tea?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened tea products.
